Check out this cool system here at Data Arts. The CONTACT ME page contains a little form that’s served from ContactMe.com. I’m testing it out on my free 14 day trial to see if i want to subscribe and take their logo off the form, which I just may do!
Once you have names and email addresses in the saved contact form information, you can review them all at any time. You can schedule appointments to call, create a task list with reminders and much more!

I’m really loving this free tool.. you can share different folders with friends, clients, your mother, your lover, etc. It’s the perfect way to sync all your important files on all the computers in your home. In my case that’s a Godsend in case of a local hard drive failure, i can step to another computer and there are all the current files. Did I mention it was free?
Also there are a few WordPress plug-ins that do automatic backups of your WordPress databases on some periodic basis WHILE YOU SLUMBER Not only the databases but the entire web site, images, videos, and whatever you like!
